Poor service, lack of communication, refuse to refund money

Sent my laptop in for repairs in September 2021, received a quote and paid for it, it is now February 2022 and they say they are still waiting for parts, I have tried to get a refund but all they ignore me, customer support never gets back to me, now they just hang up when they receive my call and I cannot even get a refund.
