POOR SERVICE - CUSTOMER CARE PARTSERVE (LINBRO PARK)

The Customer Care Centre at the Linbro Park is absolutely appalling. Very unhelpful, very limited communication received telephonically and via email. The Customer Care centre (Linbro Park) are not friendly, not professional and not helpful. They have no pride nor concern for the customer. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CHANNEL SUPPORT COMPANY.
