poor service

i bought a printer cable for my company student card printing machine for R1500 in July and everytime when i called the office they keep telling me they will courier it, and its 3 months now and the company representatives by the name of Sean keep on lying and i've been calling them every week and sending emails but they seem not to care about me. all i want is my money back if they dont have this cable.<br> <br>
