<p>They tell you turn around time is 2-5 working days it is now day 20 and I am not shy to say i made a mistake asweel by sending the incorect documents but i only found that out on day 20, in the meen while every phone call and email i have recieved from them has told me the issue that i have with my PSN acccount is beeing worked on? How can they if the dont have the documents!!! Only today i found out that i have sent the wrong documents after i had to call them for the 12th time.... And only to find out that the turn around time has restarted and i have to wait another 2-5 working days????</p>
