This is the worst service I have ever received from a company, and i do not say this lightly, as I've had poor experience with Telkom and the likes therof. Basically they do not respond to you at any point, whether you send them in an item to repair, whether you pay for repairs on a quote that you pleaded with them to prepare or whether you require a progress on repairs for parts they were supposed to have already received from a manufacturer that they now claim they are about to order. 7 weeks to fix a broken computer screen as they are agents fro MSI and still no end day in sight. Pityful....Pityful....Pityful
