Pathetic Service at Partserve PE (Gqebeha)

I would like to report the poor customer service I received from a service provider named PartServe, situated in Hurd Street, Newton Park, Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). Two weeks ago I took my laptop in for a quotation because the laptop power button was faulty. After a week they got back to me saying they have to replace the entire keyboard on the laptop and it would cost approximately R2800. I rejected the quote as I felt this was exorbitant and informed them I would collect the laptop from them directly after work on the same day. After collection, upon opening the laptop, I saw the laptop screen was cracked. I immediately took the laptop back to show them, but they would not even let me speak to or see the Manager. After numerous follow ups and phone calls, I was informed they will not take responsibility for their negligence to my property and furthermore they accused me of cracking my own screen. I am highly disappointed in how this matter was handled, as the screen was in good order when I booked the laptop in with PartServe initially.

Now I am in the terrible position where my laptop has a cracked screen in addition to the original issue of the power button giving problems. I find this totally unacceptable and would appreciate your assistance in taking the matter further. What recourse do I have?
