pathetic service and no feedback.

Pathetic service recieved from this company. I would suggest paying a little more and using more professional guys. They do not communicate feedback to clients on the progress of jobs , even the online portal does not give info on the status .

After 2 weeks of having the product they state payment is needed first however this was not even communicated to us . We then ask for a proforma invoice which they take 2 days to send still with the incorrect details .

The repairs further take another 3 weeks atleast before you get your product back .
