Pathetic service

If I could give minus stars it would be minus 5.I sent a printer in for repairs and made full payment on the quote the 30 July 2023.It is now more than a month and I have still not received my printer back. When they get contacted via mail the only response they have is "waiting for a eta from their supplier" Pathetic use another supplier. Don't even think of asking for a refund you get told it can't be done as it is part of their terms and conditions that they are unable to cancel parts that have already been paid for. Halloooo I paid you a month ago in full and I haven't received my printer. How long am I suppose to wait? Having a response waiting on a eta from supplier or no refund is out right BS. They have now had my machine for 51 days as per there supplier they are expecting the part 19 October that would mean I've been without my printer for 80 days, This company is a joke Guaranteed 19 October they will still be saying we escalating every day their escalations mean nothing.
