Pathetic Service ! !

Two months ago I booked in a laptop which had a noisy fan; I was given a quote (over 2gran) to replace and fix the fan. .

I was called yesterday to collect the laptop !

To my horror the laptop was dead and when I called partserv they apologised for the delay and said that "the motherboard could die and thats not their responsibility"

Judging from the many complaints on hellopeter it seems that this company is known for it's poor service !
