Pathetic Service

Hi There

We brought an HP laptop in at the beginning of January which needed urgent repairs. We were told that it will take 7 to 14 working days for the laptop to be fixed. It is now over a month and every time we call your call centre we get different feedback and a completely different "story". We have also been trying to get a hold of a supervisor for the past two weeks but keep getting passed from pillar to post. It seems that there is never a supervisor or manager that is working at partserve.

The service is pathetic to say the least. If we do not call every day we never ever get feedback. We want to know what is the exact hold up on this and when we are going to get the unit back FIXED!
