Pathetic PartServe

Canon use PartServe for warranty claims. I will never own another Canon product due to the patheticness of PartServe. From the time of dropping off my printer (a warranty claim) you will know you are dealing with people that don't care, have no work ethic, and basically couldn't care less. Their website doesn't work, you can't track the progress of your unit. I wrote to them and they responded 'they are waiting for a part number in order to quote.' Why? Its a warranty claim - just fix it!
