Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service, would not take my Grandson`s Tricycle there. When you phone to complain and ask to speak to a Manager they refuse to put you through. Receptionist is rude and abrupt, one gets the feeling that they are doing the customer a favour. Had to even take my own Ink to then so they could print a test page after the repairs, RIDICILOUS
