Partserver are *********
I have never experienced such bad and ********* service in my entire life. I have a Lenova laptop that needed a warranty repair. First, they told me the part had been ordered, two weeks later, they let me know I jeed to ask Evetech to extend the warranty, which Evetech did the same day I called them and send Partserve an email to confirm they had done this. I called Partserve the next morning and they confirmed they had received the email. A few days later Natalie calls me to inform me they will have to clear my laptop and reload the operating system. I told them this can not happen under any circumstances. They had to replace the faulty camera and RAM reader. A week later when we call them they let me know that the parts had arrived and have been replaced, however my uppercase button is broken and they have sent it for a quotation on the button. A day before the laptop was sent to Partserve, I wrote exams on my laptop and all my keys on the keyboard were working. The next thing I know I get a quotation for around R36 000 for the repairs to my laptop. We called them to ask what is going on. They first tell us that the warranty has been withdrawn because the laptop has been damaged. Firstly I paid R14 000 for the laptop. We have tried without fail to get to speak to anyone in a management position there, as they keep telling us that nobody in the office knows who the managers are. They then told us if we do not want to accept the quotation we need to pay R600 and we can collect the laptop from them. Today, I received a nother email with a quotation for R1300 ex VAT. My computer died a day before, I needed to write exams the next day and I can only write on the device I registered at the university l. I took the laptop to Computer Maina, they told me that the RAM reader was malfunction, but they do not do warranty repairs and gave me Partserves details. We called again and evertime we call there is a different excuse as to what is going on.
Best regards,
