PartServe: terrible service

Really disappointed in the service we received from PartServe in Cape Town. First we were told that the laptop that needs repair does not need to be sent to Joburg. When I follow up because I had not heard anything from them, I am told the laptop was sent to Joburg after all, and they had the laptop for a whole week before they even sent it! After another long wait we got a totally preposterous quote - the repair would cost more than the laptop - plus it took weeks and many tantrums before we finally got the laptop back. All in all, they had the laptop for almost a month. This after we were told not to worry, they send stuff to Joburg on a daily basis. I have since had the laptop fixed by AfriPenta IT Services in Cape Town for less than a third of PartServe's quote. I really do not recommend PartServe.
