Partserve service sucks!

I just want to let everyone in South Africa know that when you buy an Epson printer, you will have a long relationship with Partserve. This is by no means anything to be exited about, because Partserve know they are your only hope for Epson products. The problem is you are not treated well, because the so called helpers are ******** and NEVER follow up when your product is in for repairs. The big problem is that their system does not work, because there are a million and a half departments and the one has no idea what the other one does. It is pathetic to say the least! I wish I could give NO star!
