Partserve service atrocious

Shocking experience with Partserve. Handed laptop in and was promised quote within 2-3 days. After 2 weeks, had still not received quote. Partserve were seeking quote for part I'd already told them I would not accept, and refused to listen to me on numerous occasions regarding actions to take. Failed to call back on at least 4 occasions when they promised to do so. Wasted 2 weeks before collecting machine not fixed and without quote.
