PartServe poor service

The service I received from PartServe in Johannesburg was absolutely dismal to say the least. I cannot believe that a company with so many negative and poor reviews dating back to 2015 can still be in business. It cost me R2400 to fix my Samsung printer only to find that what they did, did not fix the problem. Then they sent another quote for R2155 to fix other problems. I do not think their technicians/repairers know what they are doing. Would I recommend PartServe to anyone?? NEVER - not in a million lifetimes.
