Partserve not doing refund for HVC14055

I handed in my laptop and paid for a job up-front in April. The parts are hard to obtain, and in October Partserve informed me that they could not source the parts and I had to collect my laptop. I accept this.

I requested the accounts department for my refund, left many messages, and sent multiple emails, but have not received a response.
