PartServe NO NO NOOOO

Worst service ever!!! Not only with regards to faulty unit but also when you finally get hold of someone that calls themselve a manager they put the phone down in your ear and tell you that they are the only person that can help you!!! Had to exchange my brand new ps4 for the 3rd time now. Manager tells me problem is on my side allthough problem only started when i received a unit from them and never in the 10years before! They give me a refurbished unit and claim its new allthough there website states they refurbish! She admitted on the phone that it is new units!!! I want a new ps4 because according to ps its impossible to have the same problem this many times in a 10month period! I am going to complain anywhere and everywhere until i get assistance!!!!! Even if i have to get someome to investigate the dealings of this company!!!! ****ty service to say the least
