Partserve have no idea what the “serve” in their nameans

Not the first time being let down by partserve.. previous repair they failed to communicate the jobs completion. I Took in my canon printer for repairs 3-4 days just to get a quote. Then demanded payment before doing the job…. Payment in full was already made as per the conditions of quote… and pop had been sent through with the email to go ahead…. All as demanded on the quote.

Quote gave 7-14 working days for acquisition of parts…. After numerous emails finally received an eta of parts at a further 19 working days….. total 25 working days (still only an eta - and is actually 35 working days for courier services). So best if you buy canon printers that rely on partserve as the repairs service provider, buy a back up as well because partserve have zero appreciation of what service means… this printer was actually bought as a backup /replacement for the last time partserve undertook to repair my other canon printer…
