PartServe Fail!!!

Horrible pathetic service!!! Had to book in a new PS5 at PartServe and their turn around time supposedly is 7 days…. 14 days later and still the “unit is under repair” what a joke!!! I wouldn’t use them unfortunately I was forced to… Trying to get hold of their customer service agents are even a bigger joke!! Stay Away!!
