PartServe Channel Support - Cornubia SHOCKING NO RETURN POLICY!

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. I found my charger literally 30mins after I purchased a new one out of desperation to retrieve information off my laptop and have called them and begged to return it as it was not cheap. Apparently they have a no return policy which I find extremely convenient for them but with no consideration to their clients. SERIOUSLY DISSAPOINTED and hope Part Serve can revisit their shocking customer service policies. I was told because people 'swop out' the charges with ones that don't work, perhaps if they still in the same packaging and a simple test to see if it works, it would be noted that we are NOT trying to **** them?
