Partserve brand promise is APATHY!

1. no communication regarding repairs - paid for it a month ago and still not repaired and no communication regarding expected TTC; 2. internet link to track progress does not work; 3. Head Office not interested in customer feedback as there is no email address to write to raise these issues;
