PartServe and Lenovo providing horrible service. Don't buy a Lenovo

They say it will take 2 to 3 days to quote. I handed my laptop in the morning on Monday, 1 March 2021 so you would think by Wednesday you will get a quote.

Not the case, after multiple requests all they answer is they will get back to you when they get a quote. So on day 5 I had to cancel my quote because I cannot work without my laptop. What is Lenovo thinking to have such a company, providing a technical service for them? The process and the assistance is not there to assist there customers. There is no responsibility taken and the worst service ever. I would never buy a Lenovo pc because of this experience
