Partserve

<p>Worst repair experience of my life. 2 months for a battery replacement. Throughout that process, there was no communication from their side on status and ETA's. Sent in a formal letter of complaint, has been two weeks since then and still no repsonse. Have now lost out on the sale of my laptop due to how long the repairs have been taking and partserve's poor reputation. <br /><br />Do not buy any products that have to be repaired at partserve. <br /><br /><br /></p>
