PartSearve Poor Poor Sevice

Some background. I am a computer programmer so I know a thing or two about computers. My laptop starting giving me issues when it would load up a game. I tried for days to get it working and finally just formatted and reloaded the OS. It still didnt work and when a 3D asset would load it would crash the whole system leading me to believe the graphics card was faulty. I sent the laptop to PartServe and explained my story. A few days later I get a call telling me they need to reload the OS and that was not covered by warranty so it would cost R425 ex vat. I explained the problem again and told them I already reloaded the OS to which they just sent a quote to reload it the next day. I phoned them and they were not sure how to handle to problem so they said a technician would call back. But I just received another quote. I emailed again saying I reject the quote because I know it wont work. To which they just rep**** with the same quote. This seems like a **** to make some extra cash off of me. Terrible service. AVOID AT ALL COST
