Part serve took off my laptop *****s and didn't put back and now wants me to pay for it.

Part Serve was contracted by Makro Montague gardens to assess my laptop July 2020. I rejected the offer. 2 weeks after receiving it. Only got my laptop back 44 days after the rejected quote after countless calls to Makro and a review on hello peter.

Partserve gave it to Makro 16 September. 22 October l booke it in with Part serve Cpt as they were recommended by Lenovo SA. When my laptop was booked in 16 Sept my husband was informed it had no *****s. My husband told the lady, the *****s shld have been lost with Makros lenovo contractor. The lady informed him it was Partserve Cpt that had my laptop. She checked on the system and confirmed when it came to them it in did had *****s all 13 of them.

She then quoted us on the *****s which cost r300 each. I informed Makro about the missing *****s , Nothing has been done.

I went to part serve 1 Dec they can't prove if they returned my laptop with *****s.

Secondly, at glance you can't say if my laptop has no *****s there are bottom ones. They promised to call me today.No one called. The few times my husband tried to correct the second quote ladies were assumptive and unhelpful.

It's been a month l have been waiting for a response.
