Part Serve should close down!!!

HORRIFIC...My PS5 was overheating and I told them (PARTSERVE) that the fan is faulty. Took them two weeks to get back to me (according to them 10 working days) just to tell me that the fan is broken. Since then, it has been a total of 8 weeks and still no communication from them unless I phone, which ends up them (PARTSERVE) saying they will call back...THIS HAS NEVER HAPPEND. From 10 working days to 8 weeks is ridiculous and still waiting. Utterly useless.
