Part Serve does not value their clients. Their service stinks

Part Serve Channel Support is quite unprofessional and a ****. I took my under warranty printer in for repairs over a month ago. They completely ignored the warranty and continued to quote me an exorbitant amount treating the repair work as ordinary. After having forwarded countless proofs of payment for the printer by me and the seller they finally went back to the warranty BUT as soon as they declared the repair work under warranty they suddenly announced that they have no spare parts for the repair concerned.

I'd like to extend a profuse warning to anyone coming to do business with Part Serve. They're are quite a **** and they do not value their clients. Their services are disgusting to say the least.
