No service whatsoever.

Took my printer to be repaired. Was advised that a quote would be generated in 3 working days. After a week of no response, I tried phoning. No-one answers. If you do get an answer, then you are transferred to another line where no-one answers. After numerous calls lasting more than 10 minutes with no response, I gave up. Decided to pick up printer without repair. Arrived at premises and was told that I had to give them 48 hours notice to pick up. I insisted on waiting until the printer was brought to me. Go at your own peril.
