Money making scheme
I brought in a lenovo laptop worth R11k and reported that there was water damage which I was told would not be covered by warranty. I was sent a quote of R29k for repairs, and rejecting this quote would cost R370 odd. No diagnostic report was shared with me. This was a complete waste of time and money.

10 Oct 2025, 14:49This response does not address the issue, having reported that there was water damage upfront your advice should have been that this would cost more than the value of the laptop. I would not have continued with this route.
