Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! What a bunch of clowns… Stay away!!! Danger!!!

Never ever take any of your equipment to this company. I wish I had any other option but it seems to me like the owner/s of this business have no interest in doing business with its customers. The worst service I have ever gotten from a company. I will make sure that brands that are have registered part serve as a “trusted partner” know about the **** poor quality customer service. I will never by a Lenovo ever again. I was referred to part serve but Lenovo. I don’t know what these brands are waiting for, they should be proactive in auditing the partners as is a clear extension of them as technology brands in SA. I had to call to follow up. They make false claims of communicating with customers even when they don’t have prof or can’t explain. It’s a joke. The kids in the front desk in the service centre have no home training and I believe no business training what so ever. No understanding that the very people they don’t care about are the very meals they eat or money they get to live on. But very soon and mark my words the rivers will stop flowing and you will look back at every opportunity this business had on all levels to retain its customers. Needless to say I wish all the brands to call on this mickey mouse clubhouse business will rethink its partnership. My lap top was in good condition when I took it in now it has scratches I have never seen before. I had to ask to have it open before I left the store. I had to call and follow up on the status. If I cloud I would rate it a zero star. Stay away.
