Laptop repair receipt

Partserve Flanders’s Mall business park repaired my broken laptop and on the 14th January 2022 I collected and paid R2669,89 cash for it. They gave me a tax invoice with amount I had paid. I then submitted that to Finrite Insurer for a re inbur*****t. They said they wanted a receipt or eft slip to say I paid. I went back to Partserve and told them and they said they don’t issue because I paid cash. I paid cash because I had borrowed the money, they should have told me to go and deposit it because I presume they deal with insurance claimants all the time. I am so frustrated. This is a long standing issue from last year August. Hellopeter helped me with Finrite not responding to my claim, now the payment just can’t be made. Please help me put this matter to rest!
