Absolutely terrible service. I sent my printer in for repairs in January and 6 months later its collected but still has the same issue. What was the reason for having it in for 6 months if they will send it back not fixed. It has been paid for and still not working. A complete waste of time and money and petrol. We have to now take it in again and use petrol because they failed to fix it? Really unhappy with this service messed up my whole entire day.
