Horrible experience with Partserve

I am not one to usually turn to social media as a place to voice my frustration, but this time it feels like there isn't any other option. Keep in mind that I did let Partserve Channel Support know that I am going to share this frustration on social media, with the hope that they would put in more effort to resolve this issue before the post.

After taking our laptop in for a repair on 9 February 2023, Partserve Channel Support told me it would take 3 days to be evaluated and they would let me know what is wrong with the laptop. A week later nobody contacted me and I had to phone them. They then told me that they "wanted to ask me permission to factory reset the laptop", but why then didn't they send an email or phone me to ask that? Then they said the formatting process will take 24 hours after which they will give me a status update. Again nobody called back. More days went by so I phoned again, they said "oh the motherboard should be replaced, we are waiting for an ETA from the supplier." Again days went by and nobody send me the update on the ETA although I requested it. Thus, since I took in the laptop I have been waiting 15 days for a laptop to be fixed and to receive feedback from Partserve Channel Support.

A few times I requested to speak to a manager, but every time they say the manager are in a meeting or on a call and if they were to transfer me or put me on hold the call would drop.

MSI Gaming how can you let a place like Partserve Channel Support represent your products' warranty department?! If this is the case and you don't have any other repair company's in South Africa, our production company would rather not buy MSI products again. Evetech you can't let a customer have to struggle like this and handle it on their own if we bought the laptop from you. There have to be support from your team towards your clients, to see through the warranty process, otherwise that warranty has no value.
