I recently had to repair my printer, and Partserve in Montague Gardens in Cape Town, is the preferred repairs partner for Epson and many other printer brands. The branch is easy to locate, and parking on the premises is behind a gate with a security guard at the entrance and exit, so you don't have to worry about safety and security when you're walking around with an expensive printer in your arms. Booking the printer was easy and quick, and you immediately receive an email with the policies, tracking number to track the progress of the repair, and other useful information you might need. Although the lead time was 3-5 days to quote and repair, I received a call within 2 days to collect my printer. To my surprise, they have filled half my ink tanks with ink, and my printer printed better than ever before. The alignment was perfect, and my printer feels brand new again. Overall, I'm impressed with their service and satisfied with a job well done
