Front desk customer service representative is rude!

To the red haired lady that is part of your customer facing team, she should be fired. After waiting for over an hour while watching other customers go in front of me I was instructed by your receptionist to wait in front. The red haired lady there is no need to scream at your customers and chase them out of the area. You are rude. To the gentleman that finally helped me get the laptop , I think it’s Dominic. You and the receptionist are the only reason this is a 2 star rating. As a tech company that supports you with business, I will take my business elsewhere. Your services and product’s are a dime a dozen. Service is your only differentiator and you’re failing miserably!
