extremely disappointing service

Taken 2 months to get the job done for recommended repair which was extremely unsatisfactory, re-booked the Lenovo laptop, another month gone.God knows when this will be completed.My work is suffering badly. Lenovo must interfere otherwise their client base will go down badly.
