EXTREMELY bad service delivery !!!!

Partserve has extremely poor service in almost all areas. This is a recommended supplier/support for big brands and yet when it comes to repairs, feedback and general support it is non existing. We booked a high end unit in for repairs to the camera. It is almost impossible to get ahold of customer support. When you do the system is not updated with the latest information. The original faulty part was not even checked after 1 1/2 weeks of daily back and forth communication. Once phoned to collect the unit, it came to light again that the original fault was not yet repaired. After finally receiving the laptop after another 3 days, the screen came back cracked. The item was even more damaged than when booked in originally. When phoning Partserve to speak to a Manager, you get blocked and no one returns the calls. This is unacceptable on all counts. Extremely poor service delivery.
