Don't take your Lenovo to PartServe

<p>I sent sent my laptop in to PartServe as it was still under warranty, they had my laptop for a month and a half before the issue was resolved (even though the only thing that needed to be done was reinstalling the operating system). Customer service were rude and unhelpful throughout the process and when I finally picked my laptop up, it wasn't properly reset and I had to go to another tech shop so I could log in to my account. I wouldn't suggest going to PartServe at all. Especially if you have a Lenovo laptop because you'll be charged R488 just to have your operating reinstalled- a month and a half later. </p>
