DO NOT USE THEM - SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE

I sent my Canon printer in for a noise it made. They find "No Fault" with my printer, after getting it back I cannot hear myself on the phone so bad is the noise it makes. I will NOT advice you to use them at all. I tried to speak to a Manager just to be told he will not take my call.
