Do not use PartServe

I wish I had checked out this page before I sent my laptop to them. I would have never used them if I knew how unreliable, and what a great inconvenience they would be. Every time I try and inquire about my laptop they respond as if I'm being too demanding or unreasonable, meanwhile they've had my laptop for 4 months. After arguing with them to be more transparent and to escalate the situation, they contact me saying they'll have the laptop ready in another 2 months from now. So all in all they're expecting me to wait half a year to repair my laptop screen, and that's even if they actually stick to the deadline this time. I honestly feel as though they've lost my laptop and are just trying to wait it out long enough that I'll forget. Never use them. Never contact them. They don't deserve to be in business. I feel trapped after sending my laptop to them and paying them.
