Disgusting service from Partserve Linbro Park!!!

Utterly disgusted with the service from Partserve in Linbro Park. After having my computer sent in over 3 weeks ago via a third party company, then being told they needed a password to open the computer to check what the fault is, I phoned yesterday to follow up with them directly because I am now desperate for the machine (this is used for work purposes). I had all reference numbers given to me from the third party company and they refused point blank to give me any information on the machine. I then had the phone put down on me because the lady told me I was rude. I was frustrated with the process. And I still am.

After phoning again today, still not getting any up-dates, I am then told by the same person, that the machine is being looked at, and I will have feedback later today. I ask for the managers contact number, she says she is not allowed to give it to me. Again, she tells me she won't give me feedback and I must deal with the third party company. I AGAIN tell her the third party company GAVE ME YOUR DETAILS DIRECTLY because they too are not getting any joy out of them. Still, she refuses!

Utterly terrible service. I cannot believe people would be treated like this in this day and age. This is a high performance machine used for graphic design work on a daily basis and I have been without the machine now for weeks!!!
