Disgusting service

Poorest service received, one month to repair a printer, no option of a refund or loan unit. You are forced to pay in full up front with no recourse when they fail on their part, and they fail. Once they receive your money there is little to no communication as to the status of the repairs, all the communication was initiated by me. What's worse is that I handed in 2 printers, so the pain is double. In my opinion, it would be more cost effective and less painful purchasing a new printer.
