Disgusting service

Shocking quality laptops and very poor service in a country that only has poor service!

Bought an IdeaPad 330S last year in March, two weeks ago the laptop dies and won't switch on (yes I checked all the obvious things)

I take the laptop to Partserve, and they quote me >R 10 000 (vat excluded) for repairs on a laptop that costs R 11 000 new!

When I complained to the support, I, was asked why I didn't buy the extended warranty....
