Disgusting partserve service

2 weeks ago booked in ps5 under warranty was promised 3 days to shop to jhb from cape town and 3 days to assess no one called me back ...after endless calls and being on hold 10 days later I was told the console is still under assessment after having to complain to the supervisor they send me a quote for R486 for the repair a day later when I inquired about progress I was told it cost over R5000 to repair even though I had a email stating the repair cost R486 this company is disgusting I will never deal with them again....I'm still waiting for my console to return bit will get a 3rd party to check if they did what they charged me for

WHAT A **** OF A COMPANY WONT REFER THEM TO ANYONE
