Complete lack of customer service

I initially enquired via email (24 October) to see whether PartServe could fix my Chromebook. I had no response and after two days, sent a follow-up email to them (26 October). After not getting any response, I drove through to the Durban branch (27 October). I was told that it would be assessed, and a quotation would be sent through. It took 10 working days to assess, after which I finally received a quotation (9 November). After making payment the next day, I was told it could take between 4-6 weeks for the part to arrive for it to be fixed (approx. 22 Dec). After following up with the customer care agent numerous times during this period, I got told the very same story each time - that they have escalated it and will get back to me - which they never did do. I was told on 8 December telephonically that the customer service agent would get back to me with feedback and that she would escalate the job. Again, I enquired on 21 December and had the very same story told to me, with no feedback as to when it would be ready or what was happening. It has now been 8 weeks. I have not received a response to my most recent email (4 January) requesting the details of the branch manager /supervisor and so still have no feedback (even after apparently having been escalated) as to when my device will be fixed and ready to be collected. The manager is apparently unavailable to take my call due to the fact that he is busy in the workshop (a very lame excuse) which just sums up their whole customer service experience. Customer service is clearly lacking /completely non-existent. I need this device back URGENTLY but still have no clarity on when this will happen. I am FED UP, to say the least!!
