Took my 2 hybrid inverters to parts serve linbro park on 17 July 2023. it is now the 15/08/2023. I have been the one who contacts part serve to find out what is happening with the inverters +-5 times. They tell you they will have a quote with in 2-3 days so I phone after 2 weeks. They tell me the small inverter can not be repaired but it comes on so how bad can it be??? The 2nd one they "escalate it" and 8 days later I phone which is today 15/08/2023. They now tell me that after 1 month the supplier here in South africa is not getting back to them to tell them if they have the parts or not after one month the supplier has not rep**** to them. I have never seen such incompetence from a company telling me oh they waiting for a reply after 1 month. HOW DO YOU ALLOW YOUR SUPPLIER IN SOUTH AFRICA TO NOT SEND YOU ANY FEED BACK AFTER 1 MONTH. PLEASE CAN ANY BODY TELL ME IF THAT HAS ANY LOGIC IN IT. THEY ALSOI TELL ME THAT THEY USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR PARTS ON A REGULAR BASIS BUT BECAUSE THE SUPPLIER IS NOT GETTING BACK TO THEM THEY NOW CAN NOT FIX IT!
