Broke Our Laptop

Worst Customer Service Ever! Broke our laptop on a previous repair job, it’s still within their 2 year warranty, and they’re going to give us a secondhand replacement. Not Good Enough. Moreover the staff are rube and utterly inept at their jobs. The huffing, puffing and eye rolling I’ve had at the front desk is DISGUSTING! And I’m now waiting at Part Serve for my secondhand laptop for over 45 min, so I must wait because of their incompetence. I was assured on the phone I wouldn’t have to wait. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
