BEST SERVICE EVER !!! My PS4 was not connecting and had other errors , I booked it in Monday the 04/08/25 @08 :45 with a friendly service consultant (the employees are very friendly) they explained the whole process to me and that it'll take between 3 to 5 days to be assessed and i did not have a problem with that .Today 07/08/25, i received an email @ 8:00 regarding a collection , when i got to branch i was given a replacement /new console without any questions.
